Real people. Fresh perspectives. Engaging content
We provide video production and photography and content strategy for membership organisations, trade associations, professional bodies and unions.
Based in London, we create member stories, recruitment campaigns, leadership interviews and conference content to support recruitment, retention and engagement.
Our membership-sector work includes projects for NAHT, UKinbound and IOSH.
For associations, professional bodies and member networks whose communications team is juggling recruitment, renewals, events and everyday requests.
Make member benefits easier to understand, give members a voice and turn conferences into content you can use afterwards.
For founders and small marketing teams who need to explain a service, answer buyer questions and build confidence before the first sales conversation.
Make room for customer stories, practical explainers and expert interviews without coordinating a different supplier for every task.
A useful strategy connects your objectives, your audience’s questions and the evidence you can show. Here is how we develop it together.
Choose a clear priority: better enquiries, membership applications, event bookings or stronger engagement. We agree what progress would look like and what you can realistically measure.
What are potential customers or members unsure about? What do they misunderstand? What would help them decide? We draw on your team’s conversations, existing content and available audience data.
Identify the people, examples and expertise that can answer those questions. Group them into a few useful themes, then choose the formats and channels that suit the audience.
Build a 90-day roadmap around your budget, people and deadlines. Agree interview topics, locations, permissions and approval responsibilities, with multiple uses planned before the shoot.
Give each asset a clear destination and next step. Review available viewing, website and enquiry data alongside feedback from your team, then use what we learn to shape the next content.
A plan your team can use, with production and ongoing support scoped around it. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, quantities, timings and approval rounds before work starts.
For ongoing support, we can also coordinate content calendars, repurposing and performance reviews. One filming day can supply several assets; the number depends on the stories, locations and formats agreed.
NAHT wanted a selection of thought provoking social media videos focusing on their members pressing issues for their campaign leading up to the Election. Through engaging storytelling and high-quality production, I delivered a series of compelling videos that highlighted the key concerns their members were facing and what the NAHT was doing to help them. Engagement and new involvement to the cause grew by 10% with over 225,000 views
Watch the video to see how we brought their vision to life.

Rob is a consummate professional and the friendly and relaxed nature really helped put our subjects (who aren't always used on camera) at ease. If you're looking to get some videos made I'd happily suggest making GeoFilms your first phone call (as long as you don't use them too much, as I need them sometimes!).

Every year UKinbound run their renound membership conference around the UK, for members to learn, connect and meet suppliers. To showcase their fantastic event I film and then edit into evergreen snippets of testimonials and supplier endorsements for social media to grow delegate sales for the following year and membership value. Delegate and sponsorship growth has risen by 5% year on year with average view count average 20,000 views per year.

IOSH wanted to film a selection of their members around the uk to discuss qualifications and how IOSH has been a huge benefit to their professional career. This was filmed and edited within 3 weeks enabling them to grow their marketing content for recruitment and retention. Completion within 3 weeks and live within 4 weeks of kick off. Over 123,000 views per video

It’s been an absolute pleasure. You understood what I was trying to achieve with the film from the very beginning, and I am so proud of the end result. Thank you for being so amazing (and patient!) with me.

Yes. We can plan a single campaign or develop ongoing content support. The first conversation helps establish which approach fits your objectives and capacity.
No. Bring the challenge, your audience and any deadlines or budget boundaries. We can help turn those into a focused brief.
We can review existing material and recommend what is useful, subject to quality and usage permissions. New filming can then fill the gaps.
We agree relevant measures at the start. These might include enquiries, membership-page visits, applications or event bookings, alongside viewing and engagement data. Results depend on distribution and the wider campaign; views alone do not establish sales or membership growth.
Cost depends on planning, filming, editing and ongoing support. Explore our pricing, then we can scope the right level of work for your team.

Leave with three content opportunities for your business and a practical recommendation, even if we’re not the right partner.
Video helps prospective members see the value of joining and reminds existing members what their membership offers. Member stories, benefit explainers and examples of your organisation’s work can make that value tangible. Geofilms plans content around each stage of membership, from attracting interest and welcoming new members to encouraging participation and supporting renewals.
Yes—with planning before the event. Alongside a highlights film, we can capture member interviews, speaker insights, leadership messages and photography. These provide material for social media, newsletters, your website and future event promotion. We agree the priority topics and permissions in advance, then create a publishing plan that keeps the content useful long after the conference ends.
We make filming feel like a conversation. We explain what to expect, ask clear questions and give contributors time to find their own words. There is no pressure to memorise a script or get everything right first time. Rob’s relaxed interview approach helps members share natural, credible stories—even if they have never been filmed before.
Yes. Geofilms can coordinate video and photography within the same project, giving you a consistent collection of content for your website, social media, publications and member communications. Depending on the brief, we can bring a dedicated photographer to capture portraits, networking, speakers and key moments while filming continues. We agree coverage and priorities with you beforehand.
We start by agreeing what you want members or prospective members to do. Recruitment campaigns might track membership-page visits, enquiries and completed applications. Engagement campaigns might measure benefit uptake, event bookings or member responses. Viewing figures help us understand attention, but they are only part of the picture. Using tracked links and your website or membership data, we assess how video contributes to the wider campaign without assuming it caused every result.
We plan the filming day around multiple content outputs rather than a single finished video. One shoot can capture interviews, key messages, supporting footage and photography that can then be repurposed into longer-form videos, short social clips, LinkedIn content, website assets and sales material. By planning the content before filming, we make each shoot work harder and give you a bank of useful content to publish across different channels.
